1 . X5 dedicated adjustment platform
X5’s dedicated high-rigidity UVW module drive mechanism and inverted triangle Z-axis lifting mechanism effectively improve the stability of platform adjustment, and achieve ultra-fine transmission under micro-motion adjustment, making the machine meet higher precision printing requirements. The platform height is automatically calibrated according to the PCB board thickness setting, which is smart and fast, with a simple and reliable structure; the software can adjust the pressure and elastic side pressure, and the edge locks the substrate for compression. Using X5 dedicated mathematical operation model, the repeatability accuracy is ±10.0 microns @6 σ, Cp ≥ 2.0.
2 . Programmable suspended self-adjusting linear motor driven print head
Intelligent programmable settings, two independent direct-coupled motor-driven scrapers with built-in precision pressure control system. , there is no need to take into account changes in the type, length, weight or thickness of the squeegee blade. It is programmable to achieve flexible printing processes; it is designed for the different pressure requirements of the front and rear squeegee blades and the stability of lifting to prevent solder paste leakage and the blade has a certain elasticity The clamping design, scraper pressure, lifting speed, printing speed, and printing range are all software-adjustable, and provide customers with a variety of demoulding methods to adapt to PCB boards with different tin depositing requirements, providing customers with a good printing control platform.
- Cleaning system
The new wiping system ensures full contact with the steel mesh; three cleaning methods, dry, wet, and vacuum, can be selected and combined freely; the soft and wear-resistant rubber wiping plate ensures thorough cleaning, easy disassembly, and the wiping paper can be used in any length.
- Highly adaptable steel mesh frame clamping system
Achieve printing of screen frames of various sizes, and enable rapid replacement of machine models during the production process; Y-direction automatic positioning.
- Electronic control system

8 . 2D solder paste printing quality inspection and SPC analysis
The 2D function can quickly detect printing defects such as offset, missing tin, missed printing, and continuous tin, and the detection points can be increased arbitrarily; the SPC software can analyze the machine CPK index through the samples collected by the machine to ensure printing quality.
